Mr. Shreeram Hirlekar - (B.Com, FCA)

Mr. Shreeram Hirlekar founded Shreeram Hirlekar & Associates in 1999 and through his inspirational leadership has built a successful practice. Being Fellow member of ICAI since 2003 with experience of 20+ years he is guiding force of our firm.

He specializes in the field of Direct Tax having hands on expertise with respect to sectoral deductions u/s 80IA & others. He oversees Tax Matters including Tax Audits, Assessments and Litigations before Commissioner of Appeals. He has also handled Complex Search and Seizure Matters before Income Tax Authorities.

He also has had association with "Sekri & Co" (One of the biggest firm in film industry) for Tax Consultancy.

Mr. Akshay Deshmukh - (B.Com, ACA)

An Associate Member of the Institute, an ex-banker having worked with Union Bank of India & headed Credit department for 3.5 years at Byculla Branch, one of the largest branch of Mumbai Region. Thereafter he ventured into Own Practice in November 2015.

He has 8+ years experience in all branch banking functions viz Credit Processing, Monitoring, Documentation, Due Diligence, suggesting appropriate product mix to the clients so as to optimize the cost.

Over the years he has developed healthy relationships with Banks and NBFCs while working on numerous transactions of structured finance. He has worked with clients across Information Technology, Manufacturing, Medical, Engineering segments to raise funds through structured loans.

He has also handled various Audits, i.e. Concurrent Audit, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Stock Audits of nationalized & Co-operative banks. Apart from baking, he has developed expertise in Management Consultancy & Virtual CFO Services. He has also advanced knowledge on Tally ERP 9 which is used for developing tailor made solutions for businesses we deal with.

Mr. Jayesh Samudra - (B.Com, ACA)

An Associate Member of the Institute & worked in reputed CA firms having a mixed exposure of Bank Audit, Management/Internal Audit & Tax Consultancy.

He has 8+ years experience in Company Audits and Bank Audit Segment comprising of Monthly Concurrent Audit, Quarterly Reviews, Data Migration Audit, Information System Audit, Revenue Audit & Stock Audit for Nationalized & Co-operative Banks.

He has been a part of team for conducting Financial Audits of Construction Sites & Regional Offices of one of the leading Construction House M/s Shapoorji Pallonji Co Ltd all-around India.
